Work from home remote job: Join our 600+ employees’ team! This role is responsible for assisting in using our software to write data on magnetic cards and employee security cards.
No experience necessary!
$500-40 hours paid training and competitive $1900 to $2400 monthly pay + 2 extra salaries per year for full time employees!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Work anytime you please!
• We will ship to your desired home office address 500 data cards monthly to be processed
• No Sales, No Telemarketing
• Paid 40 hours training by certified instructors ($500)
• Overtime available (we are very busy)
• Free travel to our corporate office in Switzerland yearly!
Qualifications
Background and Minimum Years’ Experience:
• Near-native level of English Language (our company language)
• Must own a Laptop or Desktop
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Punctuality (Good Attendance)
• Positive and Professional Demeanor
• Detailed Oriented
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a fast pace environment

What you’ll do on a typical day:
 Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
 Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
 Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues
 Monitor progress and delivery of security cards and security kits
 Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
What you need to succeed at HOXTON:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
 High school diploma or equivalent
 1 year of experience in a customer service role
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business-related applications
It’d be great if you also have:
 Experience in a call center environment
 Bilingual in any other language
 Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
 Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
 Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
