The credit packs purchased must be used within one year from the date of purchase of the pack, and are not exchangeable for money or transferable to other users. expiration is updated every time credits are purchased, extending one more year from the last credit purchase.
The credits are only valid in the Anuto version of the country where they are purchased.
Credits can be used to automatically renew ads and highlight them. GOLD featured ads have a different format: they appear with a special tag and remain among the first for longer, renewing more frequently.
The purchase of credits are made through the Stripe platform.

Users are always informed of the duration of automatic renewals and highlights as well as the consumption of credits before finalizing the expense.
Credits that have been applied to an ad or profile cannot be refunded regardless of the ad serving status or whether the profile is active or inactive.
The purchase of visibility services does not exempt from compliance with the publication standards established to operate in Anuto.
In case of failure in the application of a visibility service contracted through the web, due to technical incidence, the deadline to request a refund will be 14 calendar days from the purchase of the featured item.
1.4 Subscription services
Subscriptions are automatically renewed until they are canceled for an additional period equivalent to the period agreed upon when subscribing.

Canceling your Anuto account or removing the Anuto app from your device does not confirm the cancellation of the subscription , therefore, it does not exempt from continuing to pay for the subscription.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to subscription services whose execution has begun.
1.5 Reward services
Anuto has a compensatory system depending on the user's actions. The reward is measured through Karma, and increases with certain user actions , being totally free.
Karma has no economic validity or any value beyond the Anuto platform, and is valid for one year from the last date it was increased. Its value remains unless the user is removed entirely voluntarily or by our review team due to a serious breach of Anuto's rules.
Anuto reserves the right to change its increase or consumption both in terms of amount and methods of obtaining it when it deems it appropriate to improve the use and general operation of the platform for all users.
