Terms of use

These terms are the contract between you and the operator of Anuto.app described in the Legal notice. By using the service you accept them. The Privacy policy, Cookies policy, Community rules, Paid services and, where available, Shipping terms also apply.

1. The service

Anuto.app is an online classifieds marketplace. Users can create an account, publish listings, exchange messages and, where available, buy paid services and use protected purchases with shipping.

2. Your account and content

Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
Use one account and do not use a false identity.
Your listings and messages must be truthful, lawful and yours to publish.
You must follow the Community rules.

Promotion of listings. When you publish a listing, you grant Anuto.app a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to reproduce, adapt (for example crop, resize or translate) and show the listing's photos, title, description, price and location on our own websites and apps, on our social media accounts and in our promotional material, to promote your listing and Anuto.app. We never show your name, contact details or exact address in that promotion. You can opt out at any time in your profile settings; we then stop using your listings in new posts and remove existing posts on request. The license ends when the listing is removed, except for posts published before then, which we remove on request.

We may refuse, edit, reduce the visibility of, suspend or remove content or accounts when necessary to protect users, comply with the law or keep the service working.

3. AI-assisted listing creation

The listing creator can suggest a category, title, description and listing fields from the text you write. Suggestions may be wrong or incomplete: review and correct them before publishing. You remain responsible for your listing.

We use automated tools, including AI, to help review listings against our rules. Decisions to reject or remove a listing involve human review.

4. Responsibilities

Anuto.app is an intermediary. Unless a service is expressly provided by us, we do not own, store, inspect or ship the listed items and we are not a party to the sale between users. Each user is responsible for their listing, the item, its description and condition, shipping, taxes, invoices, warranties and the consumer rights that apply to them.

When you use a protected purchase, you authorize us and our providers to hold, release or refund payments and to request evidence as described in the Shipping terms.

We may cooperate with authorities and affected parties where the law requires it or where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud and keep the service safe.

5. Limitation of liability

We are liable only as required by applicable law. We are not liable for the content users publish, for the sales between them, or for interruptions we could not reasonably avoid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Changes

We may change these terms. We will give notice before material changes take effect. If you keep using the service, or accept the new version when asked, the new terms apply.

7. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in its courts.
