Paid services

1. Visibility services

We may offer optional paid services, such as credits, boosts, highlights or time-limited listing offers, that make listings or profiles more visible or help you sell. Price, scope, duration and country of validity are shown before you pay.

These services are linked to the account, listing and country site where you buy them. They are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and do not guarantee views, contacts or sales.

Once a service has been applied, it is not reversed because the listing is edited, sold, paused, removed or moderated. If a technical failure on our side prevents delivery, contact support so we can correct it or, where appropriate, refund it.

2. Payment and refunds

Purchases are processed by the payment provider or app store shown at checkout. Refunds follow that provider's rules and mandatory law; otherwise purchases are not refundable. If a purchase is refunded or revoked, the related credits are removed. If they were already spent, your credit balance may become negative and further use may be restricted until it is restored.

3. Subscriptions

We may offer subscriptions. Availability, features, billing period and price can vary by country and are shown before you pay. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them through the method shown in the subscription flow. Deleting the app or logging out does not cancel a subscription. Where the law allows, fees for a started billing period are not refunded. We will give notice before changing the price or main features.

4. Anuto Partners (listing imports and seller plans)

Anuto Partners lets businesses, such as real estate agencies or shops, publish their listings on Anuto automatically from a connected source (for example their property software or shop system). This section applies in addition to the rest of this page and the terms of use.

Listing imports

  • By connecting a source, the business authorizes us to copy, display and adapt (resize, crop, translate and categorize) its listings and photos from that source on Anuto.
  • The business warrants that it holds the rights to these listings and photos and that they are accurate and lawful.
  • We may refuse, pause or remove imported listings, for example after moderation, when photos are missing, for duplicates or for breaches of the community rules.
  • Buyer messages arrive in the Anuto chat and by email.
  • The business can stop the import at any time through the source provider or by contacting us at [email protected]. Its imported listings are withdrawn at the next sync.
  • We do not copy the private data the business keeps in the source for its internal use.

Seller plans

  • Imports are free up to 10 active imported listings per seller and country. Paid plans raise this limit: Starter up to 50 listings for 29.90, Pro up to 250 for 59.90, Business up to 1,000 for 99.90 and Scale up to 10,000 for 199.90 per month, listed here in EUR and USD; you are charged the equivalent amount in your market's local currency, shown before you subscribe. Above 10,000 listings, terms are agreed individually.
  • Plans apply per country. One account can hold plans in several countries.
  • Paid plans are only for businesses acting in their professional capacity, with a tax identifier in their billing profile.
  • Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the Plan page or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Partial months are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
  • If a payment fails, the paid limit is kept while Stripe retries the payment. If the payment still fails, the account returns to the free limit.
  • Above the plan's limit, the least recently updated imported listings are paused, not deleted, and return when capacity becomes available again. New items wait until there is room.
  • We will announce price changes by email at least 30 days in advance.

Taxes

  • Prices are charged as shown at checkout. For customers in Estonia they include 24% VAT. For EU businesses outside Estonia with a VAT number validated in VIES, the reverse charge applies (0% VAT; the customer accounts for the VAT). EU businesses without a valid VAT number pay the VAT of their country, included in the price. Outside the EU, no EU VAT is charged.
  • The customer is responsible for any taxes due in its own country, for example through self-assessment, reverse charge or withholding.
